The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The elevators were lightning fast. The location was absolutely perfect, with a plethora of attractions within walking distance, including the iconic Times Square. The view from our double deluxe room was jaw-dropping, with sights of the Chrysler and Empire State buildings. The windows were almost floor to ceiling and could be opened for a breath of fresh air. The front desk staff were polite and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. They even let me back into the room when I thought I had left something behind. While there was no pool, the fantastic location meant there was so much to do in the heart of the city.
